Sebnem Hotel - Istanbul

Nice place with great amenities like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

The hotel had a magnificent location a short walk from Sultanahmet City Quarter. This was exactly the single room I wanted in Istanbul.

The service was absolutely very good. I booked family room, it was elegant and complete with a garden as well as view over the Bosporus. At the restaurant, the breakfast was extensive for vegetarians. The place had a family atmosphere.

The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from top attractions like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. I especially loved the fine views from the rooftop terrace while enjoying the hearty breakfast that featured a delicious daily rotating menu. The personalized service from staff, particularly Ali and Rukiye, helping me navigate the city.

The location is perfect, steps from major attractions. Wi-Fi struggled at times, but the rooftop terrace is a fantastic spot for breakfast.

Unfortunately, I found the Wi-Fi almost impossible to connect to, very frustrating as I needed to stay connected. There were some minor issues in the bathroom which affected my overall comfort . The breakfast lacked labels for local dishes.

Perfect couple of nights spent in a clean and cozy space with a great view over the Bosphorus. The terrace was a lovely spot, even with some rain. Ali's quick arrangements for a last-minute lunch cruise showcased really good service, while the bookshelf in the room added a nice personal touch. While the Wi-Fi needed improvement, dining options could benefit from a more extensive menu.

The hotel is ideally located in the heart of the historic area. Close to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff's warmth and helpfulness. They offered personalized attention.

Air conditioning in the room felt great. I loved having my own private bathroom with all the free toiletries. There were cozy towels and slippers waiting for me. The room even had a hardwood floor. The breakfast on the terrace with views was a treat too. A charming experience!

Had a really nice stay during our two nights at Sebnem Hotel. We got extensive breakfast options for vegetarians. - the room had climate control, a work desk, and television which we enjoyed. - the staff was polite and courteous, giving us advice about the city.
