Good hotel with great amenities like air conditioning, 24-hour reception, and free Wi-Fi. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a late check out, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend it for a cozy experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Unfortunately, I found the Wi-Fi almost impossible to connect to, which was very frustrating as I needed to stay connected. Additionally, there were some minor issues in the bathroom which affected my overall comfort during my stay. The breakfast lacked labels for local dishes, making it less enjoyable for someone unfamiliar with Turkish cuisine.

Perfect couple of nights spent in a clean and cozy space with a great view over the Bosphorus. The terrace was a lovely spot, even with some rain. Ali's quick arrangements for a last-minute lunch cruise showcased exceptional service, while the bookshelf in the room added a nice personal touch. Air conditioning in the room felt great. I loved having my own private bathroom with all the free toiletries. There were cozy towels and slippers waiting for me. The room even had a hardwood floor. The breakfast on the terrace with views was a treat too. Overall, a charming experience!
